DESTRUCTOR、衝撃のレアマテリアル再レコーディング音源登場！　セカンドアルバム「POWER AGGRESSION」（結局未発）用に1987年頃書かれ、セッションも行われた6曲と、Dave Holocaust死去を乗り越え、1999年再結成以降の3曲を再構築し、2001年にレコーディングされたのが本作。一部の曲は「SONIC BULLET」にも収録されていますが、大半はレアマテリアルで、DESTRUCTORの王道である無骨でスピーディなHEAVY METALが充満した男泣きな一作！全9曲、ゴリゴリ行きまっす！！ジャケットのモデルは皆さん大好き（私も大好き）DEMONAのTanza様。Great !!
