北欧系デス/スラッシュ〜デス・メタルのオリジネイターのひとつ、1989年結成のDESULTORYによる1994年作2ndアルバム。前作路線を踏襲しつつスラッシュ的な要素を減らし、変わりにメロディ導入を大幅に増加。リフの強度を上げ曲のヴァリエーションも広がり、プロダクションも向上。いわゆるメロ・デスの先駆けになった作品。
