アメリカ オーストラリア各地下で蠢くスラッシングブラックメタル、BLACK HURSTの2023年デモテープがCD化。90年代Necropolis系を思わせる、ドゥーミーなパートも聴けるもののスラッシュメタルからの流れを汲んだ、尖ったリフが印象的な、アグレッシブなサウンド。3曲ですがその暴力性はお見事です。調べてみると、ギターボーカルは、HELLBRINGERでも来日し、今ではGROGON直系の湿ったHEAVY METALでお茶の間の話題をかっさらうDRIFTERのジェイムスだった。聴いて納得。
