スウェーデン・白夜伝説＝HEAVY LOAD！名作セカンドアルバム「DEATH OR GLORY」(1982)の前年にリリースされた12" EP 「METAL CONQUEST」が初再発！この12"から、今のHEAVY LOADのスタイルであるストロングなHEAVY METALの原型が作られ、収録曲5曲もライブでもプレイされるアンセムが揃っています。ボーナストラックは当時レコーディングされながらも、スタジオ使用時間のタイムリミットにより、泣く泣くオミットされた珠玉の4曲で、（最後の"Hedningar Från Norr" は"Heathens from the North"のスウェーデン語バージョン）最高です！リマスターはバンドの中心軸に居たWahlquist兄弟によるもの。まずは初再発なので絶対にどうぞ！
